Welcome to ContractPulse. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your subscription, platform access, and use of ContractPulse services provided by LEVITE TECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("TechLevite", "we", "us").
ContractPulse operates under a recurring B2B software-as-a-service model. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as agreed in the service order form. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% interest charge monthly.
Our platform utilizes intensive GPU hardware resources for semantic indexing and invoice audit operations. Subscriptions are subject to the monthly **Compute Credit System** limits defined in the pricing schedule. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing month and do not roll over.
Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer the ContractPulse Money Scanner, bypass security isolation partitions, upload malicious document objects, or execute programmatic scripts that overload our hosting infrastructure.
TechLevite acts as an operational auditing and risk identification service provider. Under no circumstances shall TechLevite's aggregate corporate liability exceed the total fee paid by the customer during the three (3) months preceding the incident that triggered the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
