• Agreement Documents: Uploaded vendor contracts, MSAs, addendums, and billing schedules.
• Ledger Logs: Physical invoice files, purchase orders (PO), and metadata pulled from connected ERP structures.
• Operational Incident Records: Ticket metrics, service-level compliance data, and shipment tracking records.

3. Data Isolation and Storage Boundaries

All information uploaded to ContractPulse is locked inside customer-specific database instances. We do not aggregate customer contract records, and we do not utilize your proprietary financial agreements to train our public or shared learning algorithms.

4. User Rights and Governance

Enterprise account holders possess the right to export, edit, restrict, or completely delete their databases from our servers upon termination of subscription cycles.
